Our model

fischer Process System – fPS

Since 2004, the fischer Group has adopted and developed its own continuous improvement model, known as the fischer Process System – fPS. This system was designed to connect all business processes, making it possible to implement cross-functional improvements with significant benefits for clients and for the company’s competitiveness.

The fischer Process System is based on three fundamental pillars: people development, leadership-based management and the use of specific methods and tools. These pillars are supported by eight principles which together form an integrated approach.

A key element is the adoption of the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) method, a structured approach to problem solving that provides a continuous cycle of analysis, implementation, verification and sharing.

No more than 30 to 40% of a successful Toyota Production System implementation is coming from the tools while 60 to 70% of the success is coming from the people
