What We Do
What is Organisational Consulting?
Organisational consulting focuses on analysing and optimising structure, processes and human resources to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Every organisation is a complex system that must harmonise resources, people and objectives in order to grow sustainably. Our consulting supports the creation of an efficient structure that encourages collaboration and alignment towards common goals.
With organisational consulting, it is possible to:
improve operational efficiency
align resources with real needs
optimise workflows and internal communication
promote cultural change

Here is what sets us apart:
our tools
Analysis tools and methods
We use a range of advanced tools to ensure the best possible business performance.
The main ones include:
Process mapping (DILO)
We map how time and resources are really used, identifying inefficiencies and waste.
Staff assessment
Analysis of skills and behaviours to optimise the allocation of resources.
Balanced Scorecard
A method for measuring strategic effectiveness through objectives, indicators and management performance.
Organisational Network Analysis (ONA)
to map relationships and communication within the company.
Consulting areas
The effectiveness of organisational consulting depends on the ability to intervene in several critical areas:
Organisational structure → redesign and optimisation of the company organisation chart, with particular attention to the allocation of roles and responsibilities.
Human resources management → optimisation of human capital through strategies for valuing, training and developing people’s skills.
Process improvement → flow mapping and waste reduction through the adoption of Lean methodologies.
Internal communication → better communication between departments, for continuous alignment with business objectives.
Change management → support in the transition to new ways of working, company cultures or technologies.
Our approach makes it possible to solve problems immediately and, above all, to lay solid foundations for continuous, lasting improvement.
What is DILO mapping?
DILO (Day In the Life Of) is a tool for objectively mapping the daily activities carried out by people in the company. Each participant records their daily activities, generating valuable data that is analysed to obtain operational and organisational insights.
By classifying activities as core / non-core and efficient / inefficient, the DILO tool makes it possible to:
- Identify low-efficiency activities and act on waste and redundancies;
- Improve resource allocation, realigning activities with actual skills and responsibilities;
- Support data-driven organisational decisions, encouraging simplification and operational optimisation.
In the initial phases, the quality of the data collected is ensured through active support while the activity logs are being filled in.
Now it’s your turn
What about you? Where would you start improving?
The interactive report is designed to guide you through the main findings of the mapping.
Through 7 different views, you can explore:
